Qualifications

• 8+ years in ERP Business Systems Analysis or similar role supporting JD Edwards.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards manufacturing/distribution modules.
• Understanding of how JD Edwards integrates with broader tech environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards can optimize them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision making, and system usage, and measure results with KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team to address business needs and company objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users, driving adoption of new functionality and automation.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date process and user documentation and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new features, and industry best practices to unlock value.
