Qualifications

• 8+ years as ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards manufacturing/distribution modules.
• Understanding of ERP configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills with ability to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPIs.
• Design practical JDE solutions with ERP development teams.
• Provide user training and drive adoption of JD Edwards enhancements.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation, staying on scope, budget, and timeline.
• Maintain up-to-date process and user documentation and data quality.
