Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize processes across manufacturing and distribution.

The role collaborates with global teams to document needs, design practical JD Edwards solutions, and lead projects from requirements through implementation. You will drive process improvements, ensure data quality, and train users while staying current with JD Edwards advancements and security/compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Deep understanding of strategic business directives and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions; document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes; apply JDE to support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency; measure value with KPIs.
• Evaluate JD Edwards options and work with ERP team to design practical JDE solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of JD Edwards and new functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, keeping scope, budgets, timelines, and quality on track.
• Stay focused on process, system capability, or ways of working, bringing best practices and measurable improvements.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards processes and data.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new functionality, and industry best practices.
• Support security & compliance across JD Edwards processes and changes.
• Serve as the JDE SME for manufacturing and distribution across functions to align technology and business priorities.
• Deliver business impact by enhancing system capabilities to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
