Management Performance Associates is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards across manufacturing and distribution. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements, test criteria, and solutions that drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with JD Edwards ERP applications.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders across Manufacturing, Distribution and Supply Chain.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and test criteria.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs; document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop deep knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and measure outcomes with KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development teams to meet business goals.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users to drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation within scope, budget, and timelines.
