Citi in Tampa is seeking a Senior Java Technical Lead-Senior Vice President to guide architecture and delivery of enterprise UI and backend services. You will lead cross-functional teams and own technical standards in a fast-paced, containerized environment.

The role requires strong Angular/Ext JS frontend, Java/Spring Boot backend, CI/CD, and open-source tooling, with a focus on performance, security, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Angular and Ext JS in enterprise UI development.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot backend design and development.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices and ECS/containerized environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise UI applications.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
