Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a senior, hands-on Java technical lead to design, build, and modernize enterprise banking applications. You will architect and deliver mission-critical platforms across commercial banking, commercial lending, digital banking, payments, and customer servicing.

You’ll lead a development team while contributing directly to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with extensive Java/Spring
• Proven experience leading development teams as a hands-on technical lead
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven design
• Cloud technologies and modernizing legacy applications to cloud-native
• Experience in commercial banking or lending like origination, servicing, underwriting, or payments
• Strong security, scalability, and performance optimization understanding
• Ability to collaborate with Product, BA, Architecture, and QA teams

Responsibilities

• Architect and build enterprise-scale banking apps using Java and Spring, from architecture to testing and deployment
• Design secure, highly available systems including RESTful APIs and microservices
• Set standards for architecture, coding, and engineering best practices
• Modernize legacy banking apps to cloud-native environments
• Deliver banking solutions across loan origination, servicing, underwriting, payments, and CRM
• Integrate with core banking platforms and third-party financial systems
• Lead the team by mentoring developers, and conducting reviews of code and architecture
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA
