Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a senior, hands‑on Java technical lead to design, build, and modernize enterprise banking applications. You will architect and deliver mission‑critical platforms across commercial banking, lending, digital banking, payments, and customer servicing.

You will lead a development team, contribute to architecture and implementation, and drive scalable, secure solutions from design to deployment in a cloud‑native environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong Java and Spring expertise.
• Recent banking client experience is required.
• Proven experience leading development teams as a hands-on technical lead.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven design.
• Cloud technologies and modernizing legacy apps to cloud-native.
• Experience in commercial banking or lending domains (origination, servicing, underwriting or payments).
• Integration with core banking platforms and third-party systems.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and lead the development of enterprise-scale banking applications using Java/Spring from design through deployment.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performing systems including REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
• Set code standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Modernize legacy banking apps to cloud-native environments.
• Deliver applications for loan origination, servicing, underwriting, payments, and CRM.
• Integrate with core banking platforms and external financial systems.
• Mentor developers, conduct architecture reviews, and guide system design and performance.
