Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Commercial & Investment Bank team.

You will work in an agile environment delivering trusted, secure, scalable technology products across platforms, from mobile features to data-driven trading and cloud integrations. You will contribute to design and development of resilient systems using Java, Spring Boot, and React, while applying modern CI/CD and DevOps practices, security standards, and AI-assisted tooling to lift

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in system design and application development.
Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, React, REST Services.
Familiar with Jenkins, Git, Jira and related development tools.
Experience in large corporate environments with modern programming languages and databases.
Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and ensuring security and quality.

Responsibilities

Participates in design and development of scalable, resilient systems using Java.
Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
Produces secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
Contributes to architecture and design artifacts meeting constraints.
Gathers and analyzes data to visualize and report for continuous improvement.
Identifies data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Contributes to communities of practice and fosters inclusive team culture.
Leverages enterprise AI coding tools to improve quality and speed with peer review.
Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation.
