Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operations
• Strong Java, React, and microservices capabilities
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices
• Understanding of AI/ML in engineering workflows and data sensitivity
• Full SDLC proficiency
• Knowledge of CI/CD, resiliency, and security in agile environments
• Experience with financial services IT systems and cloud-native technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews
• Lead enterprise AI-assisted development practices to improve quality and delivery speed
• Apply SDLC tools to automate and improve engineering value
• Identify and automate recurring issues to boost stability of applications
• Lead architecture and design evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams
• Support agile practices and continuous improvement in the team
