Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience with core Java and Spring framework.
• OpenAPI specifications experience.
• Advanced Java/J2EE and SQL server experience.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of secure coding and data handling.
• Experience across the full SDLC and agile practices (CI/CD).
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React/Angular is a plus.
• Cloud technologies like AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches to build solutions.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity with peer reviews and secure coding.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI capabilities to improve automation and value realization.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met.
• Gathers and analyzes data to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identifies hidden data patterns to drive coding hygiene and architecture improvements.
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events about new tech.
