Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, Spring Flux & Spring Security frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with the ability to set team expectations for validating outputs.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of data.
• Experience in Web UI development using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Relational Database development skills including SQL and data modelling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and building applications on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, Aurora, API Gateway).

Responsibilities

• Optimize back end applications for maximum speed, reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with technical architect and Designers for new products.
• Drives team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools to improve automation and value.
• Promotes Agile practices including Scrum, Lean, BDD, TDD and Continuous Delivery.
• Research new technologies and provide technical guidance across the organization.
• Work with globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Managers and Product Specialists.
• Presenting and demoing to users, stakeholders, and technology groups.
