Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Java Production Support specialist in Dallas, TX for a 12-month engagement. The role requires L1/L2 production support experience, strong Java/Unix skills, and familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and SQL.

Must be available for 24x7 shifts on a rotational basis. Responsibilities include issue monitoring, root-cause analysis, code fixes, testing, and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of production support experience (L1/L2).
• Strong knowledge: Java, Unix, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker, and SQL.
• Willing to work in 24x7 shifts on rotation basis.
• Experience handling Critical Incidents (P1/P2) and Bridge calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Java applications across L1/L2 support.
• Monitor systems and report issues that impact business operations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot problems, provide fixes and test.
• Manage incidents, resolutions, and adherence to SLAs.
