Coforge is seeking a skilled L2 production/support engineer for Java-based enterprise applications in the United States. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within SLAs, and perform RCA for recurring problems.

You will monitor health, logs, and performance, debug Java applications, and write SQL queries for validation and resolution. You will coordinate with L3/Development teams for fixes and deployments and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 production/application support for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recurring production problems.
• Monitor application health, logs, and system performance.
• Debug Java applications to identify code-level and configuration-related issues.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with L3/Development teams for code fixes and deployments.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
• Support production releases, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring.
• Create and maintain support documentation, KB articles, and SOPs.
