Qualifications

• 5+ years experience building secure enterprise software.
• Experience designing robust APIs and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and IaC.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
• Ability to document systems and write clear runbooks.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user provisioning, RBAC, and directory management services.
• Implement authorization patterns and controlled access flows for contact-center tools.
• Migrate data to a relational store to improve scalability and quality.
• Develop REST and service integrations connecting internal platforms and identity systems.
• Automate role assignments and access governance to reduce manual effort.
• Apply secure coding practices to meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Agile delivery, CI/CD, observability, and production support.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge guides.
• Collaborate with product, UX, security, and engineering teams; provide code reviews.
