Job summary

Maganti IT Resources, LLC is seeking a Senior Java/Security API Developer to design, build, and secure enterprise-grade Java applications and APIs. The role emphasizes IAM/CIAM, secure coding, and cloud-native delivery across AWS/Azure/GCP. On-site interviews are required in Charlotte, NC region.

You will lead development, collaborate with security teams, and mentor peers while delivering scalable RESTful APIs, identity frameworks, and compliant security practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• 8+ years of experience implementing IAM/CIAM solutions.
• Experience developing customer-facing authentication and registration systems.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise and cloud identity providers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications supporting CIAM initiatives.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement secure coding practices following OWASP guidelines.
• Develop reusable and maintainable code adhering to enterprise standards.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Design and implement authentication and authorization frameworks.
• Develop secure API solutions leveraging OAuth 2.0 and JWT tokens.
• Conduct security assessments and address vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Implement infrastructure automation and monitoring solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture reviews.
• Work with business stakeholders and security teams.
• Support production issues and incident resolution.
