Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Java, Spring, cloud development, and Web Services (REST, SOAP) supporting high-volume transactions in a highly available environment.
• 2+ years of prior experience with ETL jobs or data pipelines and messaging frameworks.
• 1+ years of experience with continuous build processes using tools like Bamboo, Git, or similar.
• 1+ years of experience with Cloud Foundry, AWS, or GCP.
• 1+ years’ experience with distributed databases like MongoDB, Aerospike, Yugabyte, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Generative AI coding assistants used across SDLC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of functional and technical specifications, production, and test environments, including architecture, design, and solution development.
• Develop comprehensive plans for proof-of-concept initiatives and validate new technologies and solutions.
• Create and maintain tools and processes for gathering detailed user requirements.
• Engage in strategic planning discussions with technical, business, and client stakeholders.
• Architect and develop innovative solutions aligned with the organization’s vision.
• Provide mentorship to junior Programmer/Analysts and develop architectural diagrams and documentation.
• Write high-quality code and automate tests; produce clear technical documentation.
