Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java/Spring in high-volume, available environments.
• 2+ years hands-on AI/ML implementation and production deployment.
• 6+ years containers/microservices in cloud.
• 6+ years CI/CD and cloud deployment.
• 5+ years with major cloud platforms.
• 5+ years working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• 2+ years IT transformations and modernizations from legacy to distributed platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and AI coding assistants.
• Knowledge of agentic workflows and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-focused SDLC workflows including implementation, testing, refactoring, reviews, and automation.
• Apply AI-assisted development while ensuring correctness and quality.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery across engineering workflows.
• Act as Tech Lead, mentoring and grooming junior developers.
• Design and architect systems from scratch in greenfield environments.
• Establish team practices for AI-assisted development and prompt engineering.
• Contribute to IT transformations and modernize legacy platforms.
