Qualifications

• End-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex Java applications with Spring.
• RESTful APIs design and documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong Oracle SQL and performance tuning skills.
• ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA usage and tuning.
• Kafka or similar messaging systems for event-driven architectures.
• Security best practices in API security and authentication.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design, development, and delivery of backend services across Wealth lending platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Java developers.
• Design and develop resilient microservices and RESTful APIs with robust error handling.
• Build and manage service and data access layers for efficient data handling.
• Lead code reviews, performance profiling, and optimization strategies.
• Define and validate complex business logic and data transformations.
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure high-quality delivery of features.
