Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Java experience with Spring Boot.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficient with Git for version control.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Interest in AI-assisted development workflows and pairing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and a microservices architecture.
• Drive quality through Test-Driven Development (TDD) with a test-first approach.
• Build internal tools and user-facing features to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews.
• Engage in paired programming and rotating teams to foster learning and innovation.
