This role emphasizes backend focus with Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native deployment in a fast-paced digital engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Back End focus.
• 3+ years Java fundamentals including concurrency and JVM internals; Spring Boot.
• 3+ years with GraphQL, RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• 3+ years of database design and optimization (relational & NoSQL).
• 2+ years SDLC, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• 2+ years participating in code reviews and testing strategies.
• 2+ years cloud-native development and deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable digital solutions aligned with standards.
• Write high-quality production code and implement core functionalities.
• Drive architecture decisions ensuring performance and security.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing sessions.
• Champion best practices: testing, CI/CD, observability.
• Own QA: unit/integration tests, code reviews, and debugging production issues.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
