You will work on applications at the forefront of technology, collaborating with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders, and champion best practices, observability, and deployment automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with backend
• 3+ years of Java fundamentals, Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem
• 3+ years of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices
• 3+ years of database design across relational and NoSQL
• 2+ years of SDLC, Git, branching strategies, CI/CD
• 2+ years of code reviews and testing strategies
• 2+ years of cloud-native development

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable digital solutions
• Write production-ready code and implement functionalities
• Drive architecture decisions for scalability, performance and security
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews
• Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD and observability
• Own QA process with unit/integration tests and debugging
• Lead technical discussions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• Create technical docs and runbooks
