Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Back End focus.
• 3+ years of Java fundamentals and Spring Boot
• 3+ years of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
• 3+ years of database design across relational and NoSQL
• 2+ years SDLC, Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines
• 2+ years code reviews and testing strategies
• 2+ years cloud-native development and deployment patterns

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable digital solutions.
• Write production-ready code and develop complex software components.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Champion best practices: testing, CI/CD, observability.
• Own QA process for complex features: tests, reviews, debugging.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
