Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Backend.
• 3+ years Java fundamentals, Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem.
• 3+ years of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• 3+ years of database design and optimization across relational and NoSQL databases.
• 2+ years of SDLC, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• 2+ years of participating and/or leading code reviews and establishing testing strategies.
• 2+ years of cloud-native development and deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of efficient, reliable, and scalable digital solutions aligning with long-term technical strategy.
• Write production-ready code and develop complex software components per project requirements.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Champion engineering best practices including testing strategies, CI/CD, and observability.
• Own QA for complex features: tests, reviews, debugging production issues.
• Lead cross-functional planning with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
