Job summary

SII Group USA is seeking a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer to lead IVV efforts for complex, high-integrity systems in a regulated environment. You will develop automation tools and frameworks, execute comprehensive testing, and collaborate across development teams to ensure compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities include documenting IVV processes, maintaining security knowledge, and driving continuous improvement in automation methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
7+ years of IVV or software testing experience, with at least 3 years focused on automation.
Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Selenium, TestNG).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and integration in secure systems.
Experience in sensitive application environments requiring high compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee integration, verification, and validation of software in secure, high-integrity environments.
Develop and enhance automation tools and frameworks for comprehensive system testing.
Execute functional, performance, and compliance testing to ensure standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to debug and resolve complex issues.
Document IVV processes including test plans, execution, and results with traceability.
Maintain knowledge of security and data integrity standards relevant to regulated industries.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for automation and validation methodologies.
