Job summary

Integral is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to build, maintain, and execute automated testing capabilities for VA/OIT projects. The role focuses on quality, reliability, accessibility, performance, and security across critical government IT solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS or IT with 6–10 years of experience in functional, regression, performance, 508 accessibility, and security testing, plus Agile/DevSecOps work and CI/CD involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IT with 6–10 years' experience.
• Experience in functional, regression, performance, 508 accessibility, and security testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation.
• Experience with pre/post-release testing, load testing, and synthetic monitoring.
• Familiarity with Oracle/SQL, APIs, ETL/ELT, data models and migration.
• Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, performance, Section 508 accessibility, and security.
• Use automated unit and system tests, test cases, and test plans to support TDD and security validation.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with Agile requirements, integrations, and sprint deliverables.
• Support Sprint testing activities and maintain traceability of requirements to test cases.
• Support IV&V, ISQA, and independent quality validation.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 and VA SDLC requirements.
