Job summary

SII Group USA, based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a QA / Test Engineer to support verification and validation for major aerospace systems. In this role, you will design and execute tests, maintain testing frameworks, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. Overview

SII Group is a global engineering and technology consulting firm supporting major aerospace programs worldwide. In the U.S., we partner with leading aviation and defense players to deliver high-impact, safety-critical systems.

We are looking for QA / Test Engineers to support the verification and validation of next-generation systems developed for a major governemental modernization program.

You will collaborates with the developers to define the tests strategy and to automate the verification tests. And so, you maintain the test framework. Then, execute the automated and/or manual tests to verify.

What you’ll do

As a QA / Test Engineer, you will support the validation and reliability of advanced systems within a highly structured engineering environment.

You will:

• Design and execute functional, integration, and system-level tests
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
• Analyze defects and support troubleshooting activities
• Validate fixes and ensure software stability
• Produce test reports and validation evidence
• Collaborate closely with Software, Integration, and V&V teams
• Defining the test strategy
• Executing the automated and manual tests

Technical environment

Testing: Robot Framework, Cypress

Tools: Git, SVN, SonarQube, JIRA, DOORS

Systems: Distributed, Windows-based environments

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering

• Experience working in structured or quality-driven environments
