Job summary

Cambium Assessment, Inc. seeks a Senior Item Development Coordinator to support Item Development Managers in project and client management. The SIDC oversees test development activities and serves as the primary project contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring scope and schedule adherence.

This Remote First role requires travel 1 week to 8 weeks per year and frequent collaboration across content teams to communicate project scope and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with 5–8 years of experience, or a Master’s with 1–4 years.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Education and Education Assessment requirements.
• Experience managing client interactions and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with the client about project schedules and deliverables.
• Elevate project issues and propose solutions with the team.
• Collaborate on annual development schedule and scope of work.
• Enforce approved schedule and scope of work.
• Support item development plan creation for all content areas.
