Cambium Assessment is seeking a Senior Item Development Coordinator to support item development managers and manage test development activities. The role requires coordinating with clients, content teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure schedules and scopes are followed.

Ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in education or related field with several years of experience, or a master's degree with fewer years, and exhibits strong client management and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with 5–8 years’ experience or a Master’s degree with 1–4 years experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. Education and Education Assessment.
  • 2–3 years of client management/interaction experience.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively.
  • Travel required 1 week to 8 weeks per year; trips typically 2–5 days.

  • Regularly communicate with the client about project schedules and deliverables and provide information to inform decision making.
  • Proactively recognize and escalate project issues and provide information and ideas to resolve issues.
  • Assist with solutions to project issues.
  • Collaborate with client and project management on annual development schedule and scope of work.
  • Understand and enforce agreed upon schedule and scope of work.
  • Support item development plan creation for all content areas.

## Senior Item Development CoordinatorApply: Remote: Full time: Posted Today: REQ-4640**Location: Remote, US. Must reside and work in the United States.** **Job Overview**: Senior Item Development Coordinators (SIDCs) work to support Item Development Managers in project and client management. SIDCs receive oversight on a project from a manager or director but are largely responsible for overseeing all test development activities for the project. With assistance from a manager or director, the SIDC is the primary project contact for clients and internal teams. With assistance, the SIDC communicates with the client to ensure scope and schedule are followed throughout the test development process.
