Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software asset management.
• Hands-on experience with Flexera.
• Experience with hardware asset management.
• Experience with software entitlement management and renewals.
• Experience with license compliance activities.
• Experience with CMDB alignment and asset data reconciliation.
• Able to work hybrid on-site in Reston, VA.
• Able to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to work on a W2 basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage software asset management activities, including license entitlement records and effective license position reporting
• Administer and work within Flexera to track discovery, normalization and license consumption data
• Support hardware asset management across the asset lifecycle, from receipt through disposal
• Track and coordinate software renewals and maintenance agreements against contract and entitlement terms
• Perform compliance reviews and prepare documentation to support audits and internal reporting
• Align asset records with the CMDB and resolve discrepancies between discovered and recorded data
