Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a proactive Senior IT & Website Officer to oversee digital platforms and IT operations for a multi-site hospitality business. The role includes managing WordPress/Shopify sites, e‑commerce, hosting, and Microsoft 365 administration, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.

You will troubleshoot, implement improvements, and support technology projects while coordinating with marketing, venues, and external IT providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT/digital fields.
• 7+ years of experience in IT support, digital systems support, website administration, or similar.
• Experience managing website content across WordPress and Shopify.
• Strong maintenance of plugins, certificates, licenses, and content updates.
• Experience supporting e-commerce functionality, including booking systems and payments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
• Knowledge of software license management, data backup and data protection.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and escalate to third-party support as needed.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage website and e-commerce updates across WordPress and Shopify.
• Upload and maintain digital content (events, promotions, menus, banners).
• Create/update event landing pages with bookings and content layouts.
• Monitor website performance and ensure sites run smoothly.
• Troubleshoot booking and payment issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain plugins, licenses, and platform requirements.
• Test links and payment pages for a seamless customer experience.
• Provide Microsoft 365 administration support across the group.
• Coordinate with external IT providers for timely issue resolution.
• Support administration of Monday.com and hospitality platforms.
