Site-Seeker, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Web Developer to advance WordPress and server management skills in a fully remote setting. You will shadow the Senior Technical Lead during a structured transition.

If you value clear communication, love learning the why behind server architecture, and can document your work, this role offers mentorship, hands-on pairing, and gradual ownership as the Lead shifts to part-time supervision.

Qualifications

• Solid HTML/CSS/PHP/WordPress knowledge.
• Basic hosting, FTP, and database management.
• Experience modifying WordPress themes, Astra/Elementor a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn and document architectural and server practices while shadowing the Senior Technical Lead.
• Assist in day-to-day technical operations during the transition period.
• Collaborate with teammates via chat/email to resolve issues and share context.
