What you’ll do

• Manage hosting servers, domains, cPanel, and control panels
• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress, Laravel, HTML, and modern tools
• Administer and improve billing/client apps (e.g., WHMCS)
• Support UX/UI improvements across sites and funnels
• Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and website issues
• Support visibility through SEO, Facebook Business Manager, and Ads Manager
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ship solutions
• Stay current on web, IT, and digital marketing trends

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years experience in web administration, hosting, or IT support
• Hands‑on with WordPress, Laravel, WHMCS, and cPanel
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and visibility tools
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Portfolio/examples of previous projects (preferred)
• Professional reliability: honesty, punctuality, clear communication
• Comfortable sharing screen while working (when needed)
