Job summary

Prince George’s County Government is seeking an Enterprise IT Training Manager (Administrative Specialist 1G) to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate technology-focused learning programs for county employees. The incumbent will lead LMS administration, SCORM/xAPI course deployment, training records, and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in governmental activities.
• An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate technology-focused learning programs to strengthen employee performance.
• Lead administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing SCORM/xAPI-compliant IT courses and training records.
• Develop curricula and content; manage learning initiatives and vendor coordination to support organizational development.
• Coordinate with external training resources and university partnerships; oversee budgets for Learning and Organizational Development.

Education
