Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or closely related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in governmental activities to be specified based on position assignment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate technology-focused learning programs.
• Lead LMS administration, course development, enrollment, and reporting.
• Oversee Learning and Organizational Development budget and external partnerships.
• Coordinate with universities, vendors, and training providers.
• Develop curricula and create instructor-led and digital learning content.
• Provide coaching, technical assistance, and instructional support to departments.
