Job summary

Ruan is seeking an IT specialist to lead end user hardware deployment and inventory for enterprise and field users. You will configure, install, test and maintain equipment, while ensuring timely inventory control and licensing compliance.

You will participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor others, delivering strong customer service and alignment with IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Associate, vocational, or technical degree or equivalent work experience in IT; MCP preferred.
• 6-9 years experience working with Microsoft products and operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and related hardware/software.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with limited supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selection, configuration, installation and inventory of IT end user equipment for enterprise and field users.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical support escalation outside core hours.
• Research, diagnose and resolve IT equipment malfunctions and perform maintenance tasks.
• Deliver high level customer service and coordinate with service providers and vendors.
• Prepare SOPs, ensure licensing compliance and manage equipment procurement alignment with IT strategy.
• Monitor KPIs, vendor management and service levels; analyze data to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical mentoring and day-to-day supervision to team members.
