Job summary

Ruan is seeking an experienced IT End User Equipment Specialist in Des Moines to lead selection, configuration, installation and inventory of enterprise devices for end users. This includes desktops, laptops, phones, printers and tablets, with attention to reliability and security.

You will participate in on-call rotation for escalations, implement approved services and settings, document SOPs, monitor performance metrics and collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal operation and cost

Qualifications

Associate, vocational, or technical IT degree or equivalent experience.
6–9 years of experience with Microsoft products and operating systems.
MCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure, build, install equipment and software for end users.
Research, diagnose and resolve IT equipment malfunctions and perform maintenance.
Deliver high level customer service and support to end users.
Prepare SOPs and operational documentation; ensure adherence and improvement.
Ensure licensing compliance and assist in procurement to meet IT strategy.
Prepare, monitor KPIs and participate in vendor management.
Mentor teammates and provide second level support.
Perform other duties and special projects as required.
