Job summary

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and install equipment and software for end users.
• May include in-vehicle wiring and inventory management.
• Proactively anticipate user needs.
• Diagnose and resolve IT equipment malfunctions across sites.
• Repair computers, onboard computers, and peripherals.
• Lead testing of new equipment and OS to meet requirements.
• Deliver high-level customer service to end users.
• Prepare SOPs and continual process improvements.
• Ensure licensing compliance and collaborate on procurement.
• Monitor KPIs and vendor service levels; manage costs.
• Provide mentoring and second-level support.
• Perform other duties as required.
