UVA Health in Culpeper, VA is seeking an IT Technician Senior with Desktop Services to support end-user computers, clinical endpoints, printers, and related systems across the Culpeper locations. You will troubleshoot, maintain documentation, and participate in device deployments while traveling between sites.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• May require a valid driver’s license as specified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide desktop support for end-user computers, clinical endpoint technology, printers and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues across Windows workstations.
• Maintain accurate service records and document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Travel between Culpeper hospital and affiliated clinics as needed.
• Collaborate with Desktop Services, Health IT, clinical operations, vendors and project teams.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation after training.
