Halcyon Financial Technology in the Bay Area seeks a Senior IT Systems & Support Engineer for a hybrid role. You will support multiple clients onsite and remotely, handle Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IAM, and automation initiatives while ensuring strong security controls and reliable operations.

You will lead incident response, cloud networking, and endpoint management, using tools like Intune, CrowdStrike, and PowerShell to optimize troubleshooting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
• Strong identity and access management, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
• Automation development to reduce repetitive provisioning tasks.
• Endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS devices.
• Security controls, DLP, and incident remediation experience.
• Cloud networking and VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewall knowledge.
• Ability to lead incident response with runbooks and documentation.
• Proficient with ITSM/RMM tools and automation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including users and policies.
• Manage identity, SSO, MFA, and secure onboarding/offboarding.
• Build automation to streamline provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Manage cloud-native endpoints and enforce security baselines via Intune.
• Maintain cybersecurity controls and respond to incidents and audits.
• Support cloud networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall policies.
• Lead end-to-end changes, upgrades, and migrations with runbooks.
