Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator, IT Applications, to lead and implement integrations across SaaS tools, ERP, CRM, and internal systems. You will manage the Atlassian stack (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) and design secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks, ensuring reliability and real-time data synchronization.

You will work directly with stakeholders, produce thorough documentation, and guide upgrades in large clustered Linux environments.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
• . Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• . Experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks to connect SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Support and upgrade Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence) in large Linux environments.
• Mentor team members and work in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.
