Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator, IT Applications in Redmond, WA. You will lead Atlassian administration (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) and build integrations across SaaS tools, CRM, ERP, and billing systems with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

You will design secure, real-time data synchronization, automate workflows, and mentor others while upgrading applications in large Linux clusters. Strong customer-facing skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in enterprise applications in lieu of a degree
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
• Experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the team and end users
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks
• Integrate CRM, ERP, and billing systems with real-time data synchronization
• Apply security best practices including OAuth and API keys for scalable integrations
• Support and upgrade Atlassian applications (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) in Linux environments
• Mentor teammates and help drive fast-paced, high-impact projects
