Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA is hiring a Sr. IT Systems Administrator, IT Applications to lead the Atlassian stack (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) and build integrations that connect SaaS tools, CRM, ERP, and billing systems.

You will design, implement, and secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks, with a focus on reliability and real-time data synchronization. You will mentor others, upgrade Atlassian apps in clustered Linux environments, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in large enterprise environments
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
• Experience scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery
• Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL and webhooks integrations
• Integrate CRM/ERP/billing with data mapping and real-time synchronization
• Lead upgrades of Atlassian applications in large Linux environments
