Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator for IT Applications to lead Atlassian stack administration and critical integrations across SaaS tools, CRM, ERP, and billing platforms. You will design RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks with a focus on security, reliability, and real-time data synchronization.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or related field with 3+ years in enterprise apps; or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience designing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Experience scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Integrate business apps (CRM, ERP, billing) with data mapping and real‑time syncing.
• Apply API and security best practices, including OAuth and API keys, for secure, scalable integrations.
• Support and upgrade Atlassian applications (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) in large Linux environments.
