Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator for IT Applications to lead and support integrations across SaaS tools, CRM, ERP, and internal systems. You will design, build, and secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks, while mentoring others in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.

You’ll manage upgrades of Atlassian apps in large Linux environments, collaborate with stakeholders, and produce clear technical documentation. Strong customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of hands-on experience in large enterprise environments; or 5+ years of hands-on experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks for SaaS integrations.
• Lead upgrades of Atlassian applications in large, clustered Linux environments.
• Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and security best practices for integrations.
• Mentor teammates and support cross-functional projects.
