Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Principle Systems Engineer to architect, secure, and maintain the enterprise identity and collaboration landscape for clients and internal teams. You will specialize in Microsoft 365 administration, Intune endpoint management, and Windows Server/AD, while leading complex projects and migrations.

The role requires top-tier troubleshooting, incident response readiness, and strong collaboration across departments to ensure secure, reliable IT infrastructure and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems engineering with focus on M365, Intune, and enterprise AD.
• Expert administration of Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Strong experience with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, secure, and maintain enterprise identity and collaboration landscape.
• Lead Tier 3 escalation, manage complex infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Develop governance, security protocols, and data loss prevention strategies.
• Mentor Tier 1/2 staff and share knowledge across teams.
