Job summary

Next Perimeter is seeking a Systems Administrator to own the configuration and maintenance of client environments, resolving escalated issues, and driving projects from the Engineering team. You will manage Microsoft 365 tenants, Entra ID and Intune configurations, handle escalations, document root causes, and follow Next Perimeter's blueprint with runbooks and standards.

This is an in-office role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Able to take escalated tickets and drive to ground closure with durable fixes.
• Able to follow documented standards and processes, not building from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Administer client environments day-to-day, managing Microsoft 365 tenants, Entra ID and Intune configurations.
• Monitor, patch, and alert managed endpoints; handle escalations and document root cause and resolution.
• Execute scoped projects, ensure on-schedule delivery and flag scope gaps to the scoping owner.
• Maintain Next Perimeter Blueprint, monitor drift, and keep runbooks and internal docs current.
