HomeTown Tech seeks a Senior Support Tech in Wisconsin to provide expert IT support across client environments, including desktop, server, cloud, and networking. You will own complex problems from discovery to resolution, mentor junior staff, and document procedures.

The role involves hybrid work, regular travel to client sites in Walworth County, and contributions to long-term reliability and security improvements while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of professional IT support and systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, network, server, cloud, identity, and infrastructure issues.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for Support Techs and Advanced Support Techs.
• Own difficult technical issues from diagnosis through resolution and documentation.
