Job summary

Clarity Technology Group, Inc. in Madison, WI seeks a Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator to support client networks, systems, and cloud environments, delivering excellent customer service.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, administer client systems, and maintain secure IT environments while collaborating with a skilled team and advancing your hands-on technical skills in a supportive culture.

• 5+ years of technical support or systems administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues.
• Support Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, wireless networks, servers, and workstations.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and other client projects.
• Work with other technicians to resolve issues and complete projects.
• Keep clients informed and explain technical issues clearly.
• Maintain system documentation and technical procedures.
• Look for ways to improve client security, reliability, and performance.
• Share knowledge and help the team improve.
