Job summary

Clarity Technology Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator to join our IT service team in Madison, WI.

You will support client networks, systems, and cloud environments while delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on robust security and reliable operations, you will troubleshoot complex issues, manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SSO, and assist with upgrades,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support or systems administration experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows desktop and server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Hyper-V, Intune, and SSO.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues.
• Support Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SSO.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, wireless networks, servers, and workstations.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and other client projects.
• Work with other technicians to resolve issues and complete projects.
• Keep clients informed and explain technical issues clearly.
• Maintain system documentation and technical procedures.
• Look for ways to improve client security, reliability, and performance.
• Share knowledge and help the team improve.
