Job summary

Clarity Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a strong communicator to join our Tier I/II IT support team.

This role is work-from-home in the Chicago area with on-site client visits and occasional travel to Madison, WI, supporting Windows and Office 365, and assisting with deployments and upgrades. You will help end users via phone, remote sessions, and on-site visits, document incidents, and strive for excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• 1–2 years of technical support experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Office 365 is helpful.
• Ability to deploy and configure laptops/desktops is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

Job description

You are a strong communicator who enjoys helping others.

You are a skilled problem solver who is always looking to sink your teeth into something new.

This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions, and in-person on-site at our client's locations as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades.

This position is work from home in the Chicago Area with on-site visits to client sites as needed. Average 3-4 client site visits per week lasting 1-4 hours each. There will also be periodic opportunities for in-person training and collaboration in Madison, WI. All travel expenses, including mileage to/from client sites paid.

We strongly encourage skill development in this position and additional responsibilities are available asyour knowledge and experience expand.

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
